On Friday 13th May 28 children from years 3 and 4 represented the school at the indoor athletics tournament.
There was competition from 7 schools with Chase Lane finishing first with a points total of 668. Stand out performances came from Ty Greene in the vertical jumps Sam Perry and Megan Lawrie in the Long Jumps, Tommy Durrant in the chest push, Tilly in speed bounce, Ty Greene and Amber Ward in 5 strides all winning their events. On the track McKenzie Baker, Ellis Taylor, Ty Greene, Sam Perry, Cheyenne Smith and Megan Lawrie all impressed with their speed.
The children represented the school impeccably and I was impressed with their behaviour and sportsmanship.
