��✨ Exciting News! Chase Lane’s New Pen Friends in France ✨��
Our Year 4 and Year 5 pupils have been busy making international connections through our new Pen Friends link with schools in France!
✉️ Year 4 have partnered with a school in Valenciennes, the North East of France, exchanging letters about their likes and dislikes. The excitement of receiving letters by post—one of the most traditional forms of communication—was a wonderful experience! They are now preparing a song to record and send to their new friends. ����
�� Year 5 have also been connecting with their pen pals in Paris, exchanging Christmas cards, letters and postcards. Their next exciting project? Creating a video about their typical school day to share with their French friends! ����
It is fantastic to see our pupils engaging in real-world language learning, building friendships and embracing different cultures. ����
