Christmas production
This week we performed our Christmas production, I Spy Christmas, to friends and family members. The children all worked incredibly hard to perform this production and, I think you will agree, it showed! They have been practising the songs in music lessons at school, as well as performing in school too. Thank you to everyone that came to watch and I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Literacy
This week, we have been making actions for the story Handa's Surprise. Together, we created a story map to help us retell the story. We then used our actions to perform the story & then filmed our performance! In the next few weeks we will be innovating the story; changing the characters & setting, creating new actions & making it our own. Watch this space for the new story!
Maths
This week, we have been working on counting accurately to 20 & recognising digits up to 10. We played a great game called Splat, where we worked in teams to swat the right number first.
